We are all facing unprecedented times during this pandemic. In light of the COVID-19 virus it is essential that we continue to provide our services without disruption. As a result, our consultants will be working remotely until further notice. You will continue to be able to contact us via the normal channels whether it be email or telephone contact during normal working hours Monday to Friday. These will continue to be monitored, and we don’t anticipate to have any detrimental effect from working remotely.
As with your placements, you should continue to follow any guidance given by your managers with regards to going into work each day. However, should you become infected with the coronavirus, it is advised you contact us and let us know immediately so that we can report this to your manager and the council, to ensure they check with any other colleagues who you may have come in contact with you whilst at work.
It is essential you also continue to follow guidance provided regarding hand hygiene and sanitisation to prevent the catching and spreading of the virus, and should you become unwell please follow guidance given by the NHS. As already mentioned by the government regarding sick pay from day one, this will be applied where applicable and will be at the statutory rates. You should follow the self-isolation guidance if you experience any of the symptoms however mild.
We will continue to follow the guidance provided and update our website as and when we receive new information, we also strongly advise you to follow guidance provided by your local council.
